About the Journal

The Journal of Intelligent Computing and Information Systems (JoICIS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal that publishes high-quality research articles in the fields of computer science and information technology. JoICIS provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles are published under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license, allowing unrestricted access, distribution, and reproduction with proper attribution.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright of their published work while granting JoICIS the right to first publication. Articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Archiving and Indexing

To ensure long-term digital preservation, JoICIS is archived and indexed in various repositories, including:

  • LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) digital preservation networks.
  • Other recognized indexing and archiving databases.

JoICIS is supported and published by Universitas PGRI Wiranegara, with contributions from academic and research institutions. The journal does not charge article processing charges (APC) or submission fees.
